Registration Information

Children may enroll in one Science Club only. Club Tuesday Science and Club Wednesday Science are duplicate lessons.
Spots are filled in the order that online registration forms are submitted.
Payment must be completed via PayPal with a credit card using the Club Wednesday payment link.
If your selected club is full, we will contact you by email or phone with alternative options.
Registration opens Tuesday Oct 20th at 10:00 a.m.
6-week session fee: $90.00
Dismissal: Promptly at 1:30 PM

Thanksgiving & Christmas Holiday STEAM (Limited to 18 Children)

Oct 28th: "Magic" Melting Pumpkins - These melting pumpkins look like magic, but really they are just a bit of Thanksgiving science combined with a fine motor activity. We'll use common kitchen ingredients for this classic chemical reaction. Get ready to be amazed and have some fun!
Nov 4th: Make a Turkey STEAM Challenge- GOBBLE, GOBBLE! This simple STEAM activity will allow our imaginations to run wild as we design our own turkey! Using beads, feathers, fuzzy sticks, and play dough we'll have a blast with this hands-on harvest themed activity!
Nov 11th: Coffee Filter Turkey- Find out how coffee filters and clothespins transform into the cutest Thanksgiving Turkeys ever! We will learn about solubility with this Thanksgiving art and science activity all in one!
Nov 18: NO CLUB TODAY DUE TO A STAFF MEETING
Dec 2: Christmas Chalk Salt Art - Transform ordinary table salt into vibrant "Christmas Magic Sand" with this simple, sensory-rich science experiment! We will explore the concept of friction, physical changes, and textures while building fine motor skills.
Dec 9: Snowball Launcher- It doesn't snow in Florida but we can still have a snowball fight! We'll learn about Newton's Laws of Motion in this STEAM building experiment.
Dec 16: Grinch Slime- "And his heart grew three sizes that day..." We'll make some AWESOME Grinch Slime to play with over the holiday and have fun exploring the science behind homemade slime!

Holiday Art (Limited to 18 Children)

Oct 28th: Fall Wreath - We're starting BIG with a gorgeous fall wreath! Decorate and create a beautiful keepsake you'll want to hang on your door!
Nov 4th: Fall Wind Chimes - Fall decorations that make noise?! Of course! The children will create their own adorable fall wind chimes to hang up and enjoy at home.
Nov 11th: Wooden Pumpkins - Bring on the paint! Each child gets their own wooden pumpkin to transform into a one-of-a-kind fall masterpiece. No two will be the same!
Nov 18th: NO CLUB TODAY DUE TO A STAFF MEETING
Dec 2nd: Beaded Stars - And just like that... CHRISTMAS HAS ARRIVED! The kids will create beautiful, beaded stars ready to take home and add a little handmade sparkle to your Christmas tree.
Dec 9th: Christmas Trees - Oh Christmas Tree! This week, our little artists will create and decorate their very own Christmas tree! Expect plenty of color, sparkle and festive fun- a special little Christmas keepsake you'll love bringing out year after year.
Dec 16th: Santa Stop Here - We saved a good one for last! Every child will create their very own SANTA STOP HERE sign, ready to put out at home on Christmas Eve. Because after six weeks of Art Club, we definitely can't have Santa missing their house!

VPK Books and Beyond Holiday Story Adventures (Limited to 18 VPK Children)

Oct 28th: "Big Pumpkin" by Erica Silverman- Adventurers will enjoy this silly Halloween tale about teamwork as a witch and her friends work together to pull a giant pumpkin from the vine. Then, we'll mix art with science to create a fizzy pumpkin masterpiece!
Nov 4th: "The Scarecrow's Hat" by Ken Brown- This clever tale of kindness, sharing and problem solving follows Chicken as she helps Scarecrow find just what he needs. Adventures will create their own scarecrow to help them retell the story and remember the characters and events along the way!
Nov 11th: "Bear Says Thanks" by Karma Wilson- Bear wants to have a feast but his cupboards are bare! This story celebrates sharing and the joy of being thankful for the special people in our lives. Adventures will create their own Thankful Jars, filling them with reminder of all of their blessings.
Nov 18th: NO CLUB TODAY DUE TO A STAFF MEETING
Dec 2nd: "If you Take a Mouse to the Movies" by Laura Numeroff- Follow Mouse on a Christmas adventure filled with popcorn, snowmen and festival fun! Adventures will create a keepsake ornament to take home.
Dec 9th: "Snowmen at Christmas" by Carolyn Buehner- What do snowmen do when on one is watching? Adventurers will find out in this lively story and join the frosty fun by making their own snowman.
Dec 16th: "Don't let the Pigeon Drive the Sleigh" by Mo Willems- Pigeon is back and this time he wants to drive Santa's sleigh! Adventurers will laugh through this silly story and take on a STEM challenge: building a sleigh for Pigeon using boxes and imagination!
